1. About HallsBooking.com

HallsBooking.com is an online platform that connects customers seeking event halls, marriage halls, auditoriums, and similar venues with hall owners across India. We act solely as an intermediary booking platform. We do not own, manage, operate, or control any hall listed on our website, and we are not a party to the rental agreement between a customer and a hall owner.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to register an account or make a booking on HallsBooking.com.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep this information updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

3. Bookings and Platform Fee

• When you make a booking through HallsBooking.com, you are entering into a separate rental arrangement directly with the hall owner.
• HallsBooking.com charges a platform booking fee for the use of our service. This fee is separate from, and in addition to, any hall rental amount payable to the hall owner.
• Hall availability, pricing, capacity, amenities, and other details are provided by hall owners. While we take reasonable steps to verify listings, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this information.
• A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification from HallsBooking.com via WhatsApp or email.

4. Payments

Platform booking fees, once paid, are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in our Cancellation Policy at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation terms for hall rental amounts are set independently by each hall owner and communicated at the time of booking.
• HallsBooking.com is not responsible for refunding any hall rental payment made directly to a hall owner.
• For disputes regarding cancellations or refunds of rental amounts, customers must contact the hall owner directly. We may, at our discretion, assist in facilitating communication between parties.

6. Responsibilities of Customers

• Provide accurate event details, guest count, and dates when making a booking.
• Make all rental payments to the hall owner as agreed, in a timely manner.
• Comply with the rules, conditions, and policies set by the hall owner for use of the venue.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and not to submit false bookings or fraudulent information.

7. Responsibilities of Hall Owners

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the hall, including pricing, availability, capacity, and amenities.
• Honor bookings confirmed through HallsBooking.com in good faith.
• Communicate promptly with customers regarding booking status, rental payment terms, and any changes.
• Comply with all applicable local laws, licenses, and safety regulations relevant to operating the venue.

8. Disputes Between Customers and Hall Owners

HallsBooking.com is a booking platform only and is not responsible for disputes between customers and hall owners, including but not limited to disputes over rental payments, venue condition, cancellations, refunds, or event-day issues. We encourage both parties to resolve such matters directly and may, at our discretion, offer reasonable assistance in facilitating communication, but we assume no liability for the outcome.

9. WhatsApp and Electronic Communications

By using our services and providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional messages from HallsBooking.com via the WhatsApp Business API and email, including booking confirmations, payment reminders, and status updates. Official WhatsApp messages are sent only from +91 95979 90180. You may opt out of these communications at any time by contacting us, though this may affect our ability to notify you about active bookings.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on HallsBooking.com, including the platform name, logo, design, and software, is the property of HallsBooking.com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HallsBooking.com, its founders, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from hall rental disputes, venue conditions, event cancellations, or third-party conduct. Our total liability, where it does arise, is limited to the platform booking fee paid by you for the booking in question.

12. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our platform, without prior notice, for any user found to be violating these Terms, providing fraudulent information, or engaging in conduct that harms other users or the platform.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal reasons. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.
